Armourer's Court
Plans for a new high-quality and sustainable housing scheme on an under-utilised site in Woolwich have been approved by the London Borough of Greenwich. The plans were approved on Wednesday 7th December 2022.
Armourer's Court will provide much needed affordable housing and create an integrated, mixed community which will support local businesses and the public.
The benefits of the scheme include:
- 523 new high-quality homes, 40% will be affordable new homes
- New employment spaces providing opportunities for business growth and jobs
- Retail units such as shops, restaurants and cafes
- New play areas for children and families
- New green open spaces for people to enjoy
